Hello from sunny Gold Coast!

I just wanted to share with you some latest news as I’m getting ready to enjoy Christmas with my family.

A few days ago I decided to invite my business partner Sean over to Broadbeach to catch up and discuss how to improve his business and leverage his time. You see, I helped Sean create a $100,000 a year business thanks to webinars and we’re constantly looking to grow it while maintaining our 4-hour work week.

Sean also happens to be an avid golf player so I thought by having him around, I could finally kick his butt in golf. (Sean plays off 12 and I’m a dismal 32 handicap) he won ;(

Apparently, you can tell a lot from someone’s personality by the way they play golf.

“Golf is a matter of confidence. If you think you cannot do it, there is no chance you will.” (Henry Cotton)

As we were playing golf, we discussed how he could double his income while working less. You see, a successful business owner never exchanges his time for money.

“Time is wealth, and unlike money, when it is gone, you cannot replace it” Napoleon Hill.

The great news is that webinars, can leverage your time. If your business requires your time, you can now train, coach or mentor people thanks to group webinars, whether live or pre-recorded. Thanks to webinars, you no longer need to consult people one-on-one.

The challenge with so many experts is they work one on one with their clients, which was limiting their time and income.

If you want your business to grow without having to invest more of your time, then you need to apply LEVERAGE: Simply switch from one on one coaching to group webinars.

With many experts we take them from one on one coaching to group live webinar sessions. This way they can actually spend more time with their clients to answer questions and still save 8 hours a week. (This method also works great for training your staff or outsourcers)

How?

Let’s say for example you have 10 clients (or staff meetings) to talk to for 1 hour each week. You can invite them all to a LIVE group webinar for 2 hours each week and answer all their questions and end it only once all their questions have been answered and everybody has a clear understanding of the information shared.

You have just saved yourself 8 hours a week. Pretty cool huh?

You’ve now got an extra day to do something else, relax or play golf perhaps 😉

You’ll notice that a lot of your clients have similar questions, but when answered individually it can chew up a lot of your valuable time…

But thanks to group webinars, you’re doing more in less time. Makes sense?

This is how webinars can free up your time and still provide good customer service and personal attention (which clients love).

Be sure to record your live webinar group sessions as well, because you can send it to anybody who couldn’t attend and those who want to view it again. Another form of great leverage. And you only need to do the work once…

You could even sell it as a webinar series or give it away as bonuses, or get it typed up into an FAQ sheet and put onto your website.

The benefits of this model are endless!
