One of my favourite things to browse on the internet when I have some spare time is look
for powerful quotes because it’s a great way to learn and a great way to easily remember
the gist of all the self-development books I’ve read.
One I particularly like and strongly agree with, is Tony Robbins’ quote on shaping our future:
“It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.”
Judging from my own experience, this statement could not be more true. It is when I’ve
taken decisions, good or bad, and acted upon them that I truly shaped my future.
The moment I decided to leave the property industry and start an internet business instead, for example. Or when I decided to go to London to speak at a conference when everyone else turned down the invitation.
These simple decisions transformed my life and completely shaped my future.
The same applied to a former seminar attendee of mine, Annette Densham. Annette
